Welcome to SweetRise LLC. By purchasing products from SweetRise LLC, you agree to the following terms regarding purchases, returns, and refunds.

1. Product Information

SweetRise LLC produces sourdough cereal products made with natural fermentation processes. Because our products are food items and may vary slightly between batches, minor differences in flavor, color, or texture may occur. These variations are normal and do not qualify as defects.

Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions, ingredient lists, and allergen information before purchasing.

2. Order Accuracy

Please review your order carefully before submitting it. SweetRise LLC is not responsible for errors in shipping address or incorrect product selections made during checkout. Orders may be canceled or modified only before they are processed for shipment.

3. Return Policy

Due to food safety regulations, SweetRise LLC does not accept returns of food products once they have been shipped.

This policy helps ensure the safety and quality of our sourdough cereal for all customers.

4. Refund & Replacement Policy

While we cannot accept returns, we want every customer to be satisfied with their purchase.

Refunds or replacements may be offered under the following circumstances:

  • Product arrives damaged

  • Product is spoiled or defective upon arrival

  • Incorrect product was shipped

  • Order was lost during shipping

If one of these situations occurs, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To request a refund or replacement, provide:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Photos of the product and packaging, if applicable

Once reviewed, SweetRise LLC may issue one of the following:

  • A replacement product

  • A store credit

  • A refund to the original payment method

Refunds typically process within 5–10 business daysdepending on your payment provider.

5. Shipping Issues

SweetRise LLC is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers

  • Packages left unattended after confirmed delivery

  • Incorrect addresses entered at checkout

However, we will work with the shipping carrier to help resolve issues whenever possible.

6. Food Safety & Storage

Our sourdough cereal should be stored in a cool, dry placeand consumed before the listed best-by date. Improper storage after delivery may affect product quality and is not eligible for refunds.
